Designed especially for whale watching and leisure cruises, Unathi is a SAMSA-approved modern 13-meter catamaran that is equipped with eco-friendly engines that minimize underwater noise. Two inboard diesel engines are used for our vessel’s propulsion to make for a smooth trip and safer for marine life.

The main passenger cabin is safe and sheltered from the wind, and the open-top deck offers great viewing and photo opportunities. The interior is spacious, with two onboard toilets. Comfortable café-style seating makes for a relaxed trip, viewing opportunities, and up-close and personal marine wildlife encounters.
Our vessel Unathi is crewed by competent guides and a skipper who are experienced in interacting with the local marine wildlife and the whales.
